Outlaw Star is to Cowboy Bebop what Star Wars is to Star Trek. there's magical/supernatural elements in Outlaw Star whereas Cowboy Bebop is played straight w/o any fantastical elements.

That's the best comparision of firefly and Outlaw Star I've ever seen.

How do i wear armour

I wouldn't actually recommend getting the DVD set aside from ripping it because it has the absolute most abnoxious intro script that forced the DVD player to play several intro videos before getting to the main menu and would restart if any button on the remote was pressed. Edit: admittedly this isn't an issue anymore with modern DVD players and playing the DVD in your PC who can just skip to the right track but it was very annoying back in the day.

This video is pure gold. It's just useful and to the point. I know you didn't get a lot of views back in the day, but this is actually the best format to convey information. If RUclips owners were smart, they'd let real humans pick recommendations and your channel would be featured. But no, they are lazy and bots do a terrible job. I know you spent hours upon hours making this, so I can imagine how frustratred you must have felt. Unless you are more than gold. A diamond. And you did this thinking it'd help 5 or 10 people and it helped 10k so far. In the name of usa all: Thank you.

Toonami totally shafted this cartton and never even gave it a shot. They took it off air as soon the series did its first run. It had the coolest aesthetic out of any anime to this day. Best character design. Bangin theme song. Plus this show introduced me into Taoism.... ill always be grateful to it

The tale of cursed beast blood dooming a fortress comes to my mind. The friendly, undead zombie fisherdwarf. The worlds worst dragon. The minotaur and the vampire. I hope you will discover a great narrative in this one, too. :)

Nice. I enjoyed it. Im curious about the old stories but i like the little extra bits you put in. Each npc is a character that builds over time. Its nice to see.

iirc the Alias System was there from when elona was trying to be more of an 'mmo' or 'mmolite' which, unfortunately it was never *that* big, and therefore never really sustained much of a base to be an mmo. You'd still find remnants of when it was trying in the form of moongates that, atleast at one point, led to other peoples made homes. Nowadays moongates are relatively empty in my experience and serve no purpose.

Gene is that one guy, jim is that one kid, and aisha is rogue from the 90s x-men cartoon.

Did you ever find anything that matched the feel and scope of Elona?

The three mounds are suppose to be the SDF1...the SDF2 (which was implied to have been built behind the SDF1) and Khyrons cruiser.

I found this on blu ray today. Thanks for a great video. I'm enjoying the series so far.

Why don't you like the manga about chickens? It's surprisingly good and the lore gets deeper considering it's all comedic with everything happening in the manga

Elona+ is one of the games in which I have spent a lot of time. I was truly impressed with the freedom it offers and am still bewildered with some of the things that happen. What I really like is that you can also be a trader. Buy cargo from one town, sell it on the other end of the map and you make yourself some good profit. There are many AAA RPGs that do not offer this.
